Hi guys, sorry for this extremely late post. Open house has been a success and with Orientation nearing, I sincerely hope that Open house has managed to convince potential Pioneers to remain in PJC even after the O Level results have been released.
We have done our best to showcase what PJC is all about during Open House. I am sure that our visitors felt the Pioneer spirit especially during the Mass and Fun dances. Therefore, I declare Open house 2006 officially over (even though this is abit late).
This blog will still remain opened for archiving or reference purposes.

thanks to emcees who worked throughout, accomodating all the last min changes, good work guys!! also would like thank all those who helped us in moving canteen tables etc, w/o our asking and w/o complaints...also to bowling, as they were the only sports cca to actually help us move tables down from hall... thanks also to the tour ambassadors.. THANKS to AV, hope guys enjoyed e cold drinks we bought u, my hands nearly froze carrying so many cans!!! haha... w/o all of u guys, Pioneer Amplified would not have been as successful as it was!!! THANK YOU once again!!!

WHEE!!! open house was great!! well done guys!!! so busy ytd... haha... pretty chaotic at the start and pple were arriving b4 1pm!!! haha... wet weather though, so didn't get to use e outdoor stage.. what a pity... wld have been better.. haha... during our last session of fun/mass dance i was so crazy!! screaming and cheering away... until, after tt, my voice was totally hoarse and sounded so weird.. haha... clean-up was v efficient!! but i wan't much help to hancheng, carried canteen tables from hall to canteen.. kept stopiing and putting e table down... hey! it's heavy and hurts ur hands when u carry it ok!!! haha.. our feet and legs hurt so much!! all of us walked real slow after... hahha... gr8 fun too of course...
o yes! and congrats to all those who won the lucky draw prizes!!! i wonder how tt boy brought e 2 bikes home!!
to all OH comm!!! ==> pls catch up on ur sleep over e weekend!!! hehe... results on mon... all e best!!!

finally finished last bits of OH stuff, we were all online till pretty late getting our stuff done... now most have gone off to bed... see, hard at work!!! haha... PIONEER AMPLIFIED will be a success!!!! ok now better grab as much sleep as i can... approx 3hrs.. hahah... busybusy day tmr!!! WHEE!!!

Today has been quite a day. Last minute stuff has been finalized and extra stuff to do has popped up. Our meeting lasted for quite some time and we took care of the minor details of the open house such as putting up signs that point to our free shuttle bus service at Chua Chu Kang interchange for you guys.
So, Pioneer's open house is just tomorrow! Great job councillors, its just one more day so let's perservere and make open house a big success. For our dear guests, aren't you guys excited? PJC's Open House will be exciting, happening and whatever have you to describe such an event. So come on down and experience what PJC is all about. See our CCA booths and take part in our lucky draws to win attractive prizes. Go on our college tour and get a chance to participate in our grand lucky draw where even more attractive prizes can be won!
I don't know what else to say.. back to work then, I'm out.

2nd rehearsal today!!! deadbeat.... sleep deprivation!!! haha... let's see, mon, 1st rehearsal... tues, dance(mass and fun) practice till 8pm... weds, 2nd rehearsal +goodie bag packing!!! all councillors working real hard for this event!! one councillor even fell asleep on e bus home and the bus driver had to wake him up at the interchange... hahaha... Pioneers, it's gonna be YOUR event!!! we're having dance practice tmr and fri 7.25am at parade square, do join in in preparation for Pioneer Amplified!! don't forget best decorated stall gets $80 Swensens voucher!!

anywayz, today we had our rehearsal, basically a tech run, pretty chaotic at times, but helped us to pick out the problematic details... all in all, great job guys! and thanks to all performers, redzuan, shazwan, khairul, choir dance, chinese drama, emcees(jaryl,khalilah,josiah) and everyone else involved!!! thanks for co-operating and understanding and being patient and cheerful throughout the rehearsal!!!!
rehearsal again weds 4.30-7pm!
